We bought a teambuy coupon on Dec.8,2011 for "Electralaces", it was only $19 but I don't like getting scammed. We went online and ordered the Electralace with our teambuy coupon, there was no order confirmation given or any other message to indicate that your email was even recieved. We did recieve 2 messages from teambuy informing us that our coupon was about to expire, each time we again placed the order using our teambuy coupon with the same lack of results.
We have sent several emails to teambuy, they ( Byron ) responded once asking us which email address we placed our order from, we responded but haven't heard from them since even though we have sent several more emails asking for our money back with no further reponse from them other than one last computer generated message recieved Jan.5/2012 informing us that our coupon will expire on Jan. 9/2012.
We will never purchase from teambuy again, our fault, we should have Googled " TEAM BUY SCAMS" prior to placing an order as we would have seen numerous other complaints from customers that paid money and never recieved any product.
