I recently got a Payday loan and it was funded. This morning when reviewing my bank account activity, I saw a debit from Gen X Marketing Group for $30.00. When I tried to call the phone number, the phone call would not go through. When I called the bank to dispute the fraudulent charge, they said I would have to close the account. That means changing all my bill pay accounts, all the transactions I have written checks for, and any accounts I have set up for automatic payment. I work for a Government agency and my direct deposit will take a minimum of two pay periods. I am furious and can't believe this is what I have to do to stop someone from fraudulently using my personal information. Angry, Angry

Update: 01/07/2012

I have the cancelled check but your format won't allow me to add it as proof. I printed it from my bank activity. How small do you need. I am not sending my bank statement
