I ordered a 'sample' product in December and agreed to pay $5.90 postage. My intention was to try the product and if I liked it, to buy. Last week having received no product, I noticed my Visa Card was debited for $75.60! I immediately contacted my bank but couldn't 'stop' the unauthorised payment. THe only thing they could do was cancel that account and re-issue me with a new account. This being done, I have had to contact other legitimate 'direct debits' and advise them of the new arrangements. Today (9Jan11) I received the Product and the package indicated that the cost was $75. No sample has ever arrived. My mistake was giving my Visa Card details to this company. In future, I will be using another method of payment when ordering on line. I usually use my PayPal account and this has NEVER presented problems.
