Stupidly signed for a free trial, pay postage only. They charged my card 2 x £74.95 an 1 x 79.99 in December. The "free trial" product arrived but nothing else. Called my Visa (MBNA) who were fully aware of the problem and tagged the account for the future. They also transferred my call to the "Customer Service" of Anti Rides to cancel the "order" which is apparently carried in small print in some Ts and Cs that i have never seen. An american voice at a call center cancelled my "order" but refused to tell me where the corporate headquarters of the company was. He said i could return the product to PO Box 13853, Linlithgow, West Lothian, Scotland for a refund - we will see!.
This is a scam, but it seems to be legal!

  • It is a scam!!! Dont' bother returning the 'product' - its only a cheap face cream in the pot. Insist on a full refund now or you will contact the police. I did and got all monies back in my account today.
