This person contact me via email in response to an ad I had listed on Craigslist. He said he wanted to purchase the item immediately and would send someone to pick it up... he wanted my address so he could send me a cashier's check. He would not provide a phone number or call us. After going back and forth, it was obvious he was trying to scam us.

Here is one of the emails he sent me-

Thanks for the prompt response an Am really sorry for my late respond and i will love to make an instant purchase i really love the item so much ,i hope it is in good condition like it stated, i have taken a close look at the advert I will be buying it from you so please kindly withdraw the advert and i don't mind giving you $50 in order to delete the advert from craigslist and Please to be informed that i will like to pay you with a Certified bank check and once you have the check you will get it Deposit at your bank then we will arrange for the pick-up at your place..I will need the following details to facilitate the payment as soon as possible....
