SILICON INVESTMENTS SENT MY CELL PHONE A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING "WE ARE SIGNING YOU UP FOR OUR "GOSSIPTEXTS" WHICH WILL GIVE YOU DOWNLOADED TEXT MESSAGE DAILY ON HOLLYWOOD ACTORS, ETC. WE WILL BILL YOU $9.99 MONTHLY UNLESS YOU CALL THIS xxx NUMBER AND DECLINE!" I DID NOT CALL THEM TO DECLINE UNSOLICITED BUSINESS AND THE BILLING APPEARED ON NEXT MONTHS CELL PHONE BILL. I CALLED CELL PHONE PROVIDER AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE CHARGE(WHICH THEY AT FIRST REFUSED TO DO!, THEN A LIVE OPERATOR AGREED TO GIVE ME CREDIT.)
Everyone similarly victimized, file an easy complaint with the FTC and maybe we can get these guys befor they flee to Mexico or ?
