This is my email to REVITALIZE HEALTH & BEAUTY.
Today I have received my 'free' trial sample only paying for P&P £2.95 as expected. I was pleased to receive the free sample but on opening, I found no instruction leaflet telling me how to use the product or how often? To get this information, I decided to visit your website for further advice and typed in your company name. I was horrified to find numerous letters of complaint's from your customer's claiming they had been taken in by your SCAM.
Like me, these people had ordered the FREE TRIAL in good faith, only to find that their accounts had been debited for substantial amounts way above the £2.95 P&P !
I then viewed my bank account and found that £74.95p had been taken out of my account yesterday, 10th January 2012 without my permission!!!!!!!
I have since spoken with my bank, who have blocked any other future debits from this account and also passed this information onto their fraud section.

I have also advised the trading standards authority of this misleading, false advertising SCAM!
I am returning the goods immediately and I want a full refund of £74.95p.
The whole purpose of a 'FREE TRIAL' offer as advertised, is exactly that. Customers need to try the product before committing to any FUTURE ORDERS.

This was meant to be a surprise Xmas gift to my Wife.
