They start your 30 day trial period before it is even shipped. I tried to get a return authorization on 1/11/12. I ordered it on 12/10/11. They do not tell you or ordering that the 30 day trial period starts on day you order. They shipped on 12/15 & I received on 12/20/11 I tried to get permission on 1/11/12 to return. But it is too late -- said 30 day trial period was over. I pointed out that it was not even shipped until 12/15/11 they then say they will check, please hold. THEY NEVER COME BACK.
