i ordered a pair of ugg boots and they took my payment,they sent me an email stating my order info and payment info,the email stated they would send me a username and password so i could track my order,however i never recieved any other email from them neither have i recieved my boots!!i have tried emailing them on a number of occasions but emails keep bounching back to me..there is no response from them what so ever!!i dont know what to do now?we cant afford to lose this amount of money,the boots were a xmas present from my husband.
