Further to my report I submitted earlier today. After a 40 min wait for someone to answer my call I received this info. Apparently to avoid being charged for the products in question, I would have had to cancel the order before the 18 day trial period ended. I might add it took over a month to receive the products, so my trial period ended long before I even received the products. I am soooooo pissed
