I received my phone bill and it was three times the amount that it normally is. I rang vodaphone and they said I was subscribed to winmypcquiz, and they were charging me £8 a week. I have NEVER signed up and have no idea how they got my number. Vodaphone would not reinburse me, and of course when I tried to email and phone winmypcquiz I could not get through. Vodaphone said the only thing they would do is unsubscribe me. The same day, after they had supposedly unsubsribed me I received two more messages from winmypcquiz charging me £2 a time! I just don't know what to do. When I text STOP it says the message can't be sent. I don't know what to do! Please help.
