ordered three hoodies and two pairs of trainers and when recieved order completely wrong. also looks fake. emailed them and they said they would replace them. so far we keep getting automated emails saying they are being held up or at post office. we had a tracking code but last point was china on 23rd november and still no sign. payment went through yourspay.com and on transaction it is www.ctoshops .. seems we will be waiting forever as its same emails or similiar every time we contact them. very angry and concerned.
