heads up to all on this group...block or cancel your account....I found 2 customer service numbers and actually spoke to a person only to get a runaround. Phone answered by young american female or male automation telling you, your call is important and to please hold for next available representative, after a long wait you get either a male or female with very broken english and very poor reception. They will keep referring to terms and conditions that you agreed to...I never agreed to anything and only ordered free samples and only to pay for shipping and handling. My order was placed on Dec.22 and finally rec. 3 samples with a apology for delayed shipment due to holiday shut down. this last weds. thurs. and Friday I was fully charged for all 3 samples for a total of 206.61 with some sort of border fee. This all showed up on my bank print out today...after having my card declined for insufficient funds..at the grocery store... PLEASE BLOCK OR CLOSE YOUR ACCT. THEY WILL KEEP COMING BACK AND TRYING UNTIL YOU DO...Thank God I don't have overdraft and did not go into the negative on my account....File complaints with your financial institutions asap and keep all product and trails you can to right the wrongs we are all experiencing.............any facial creams or serums...Free Samples...and so on...I have seen variations of these with different names on the internet in the UK.....I think these people are moving around in order to not get caught.....lets pull togather and nails their buts to the fullest extent of the law....
