When on facebook I noticed over-stocked camera's for sale and entered the site, there were 2 options, the way I understood it the first option was to register as a paying member and the second one was a free auction without binding yourself to an agreement, I entered the second one, believing it to be a trial to see if I wished to register if I was happy with the auction. I won the camera at just over £3.00 and with delivery costs a grand total of £12.55. After giving my card details and billing address and billed for the £12.55, I was then told that I was registered to the platinum service and would be billed at £59.99 a month which would be binding for 3 months. I contacted them on their chat line and told them that I did not wish to pay £59.99 a month and if I cancel the camera would that be an end to it. I was told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee of £28.00. Now that they have my details they will stop the payments. Now I see that other people have had the same trouble and have still been charged the monthly fee as well as the cancellation fee. This is daylight robbery and these people should be stopped.
