They had Charged my account twice in 1 month, I called back to cancel my credit card so they can't charge my account again when ever they want to.I called back on Jan 10th 2012 to give them my credit card the same credit card they took off and the representative kept having problems processing my credit card, they kept telling my the credit card is not working I gave at least 3 reps that day my credit card information the last rep that spoke English real good said my credit card went through and that I should receive the money back on my card with in 5-7 buisness days later. Today is the 19th of Jan 2012 I called them up cause I havin't received my refund yet and they said They don't have my credit card on file so they mailed me a check of 18.83 and I won't see it till another 3-4 weeks.. I am very fustrated right now.. I am very low income for the state of Minnesota. What can I do about this..?
