I ordered the free trial of 2 products. I was told I had 14 days to try them and if I cancelled in that time I would not be charged or receive the monthly product. I called within 10 days to cancel (the online cancel would not work) and they still shipped one bottle and charged me for the free samples. I sent them back with the RMA and delivery confirmation and have not received my refund. I did get 2 e-mails stating that the refund had been processed but it has not.
