Received a pop-up on computer that my computer was infected with viruses and did I want to remove the the threats - I answered "yes" and was taken to another page that gave me options of what type of of package I wanted (1 month, 12 month, liftime). I selected lifetime - paid with debit card - the following information appears on my statement " 01/06/12 MARKET GET 760-231-1512 CA". I have tried to contacted this company through the Support Center on their site and have not received any response as to how get the program installed. I have not received any hard copy of product information through the mail. Their site states only members will be provided with a contact phone number, that's when I figured something about the whole transaction may not be on the "up and up'.
