12/19/2011 I went to the free credit report website to pull up my credit report for a job interview. In going through the process I did put in my credit card number but did not click submit. I didn’t like that they were asking for it, it was supposed to be free. I exited out not getting a copy of the report. About a week later I checked my bank acct online founding $19.95 taken from my acct by Experian. I called the toll free #, and requested a refund. Customer service explained that she could not refund my money; it was past the trial period. I told her to cancel any membership they say I have with them, I didn’t want it, I still don’t, I was expecting a refund, this account closed. 1/21/2012 I checked my online bank acct and on 1/18/2012 Experian withdrew $18.95 I called the toll free number again. Customer service told me that it was already explained to me that they could not refund my money and that I do still have an acct with them. She was present in this we hung up. I called back asking to speak with a mgr. The mgr proceeded to explain to me that they have a failsafe system and that I am a member. I again explained to her that I do not want this and that I was reporting them to the BBB. At that time she said for my inconvenience she would give me a discount on the program. I again explained that I do not want the service I want a refund.
