My boyfriend ordered a controller from VoodooControllers more than 5 months ago. Before he bought it he looked online to see which sort of controller he wanted, and he stumbled across a youtube video featuring the unboxing of a VoodooController and decided that he was going to buy. WORST MISTAKE OF HIS LIFE. He ordered the controller on the 8th of August, they happily charged the order to his credit card, but they never sent him a tracking number even thought the order had been confirmed as shipped. and after a month of waiting,the controller never came. So he emailed them asking where his controller was, and they never replied. So after another week I emailed them, and demanded them to give him a refund. They emailed back asking for my order number and order name, and I sent it to them. They said that they would gladly refund him on Monday 14th of September. My boyfriend checked his bank account for that whole week, and still NO REFUND. I've been constantly emailing them up until now, and I have had absolutely no reply. This company is EXTREMELY DODGY. Their facebook page is full of dissappointed customers and unhappy reviews. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM
