I received an automatic notice from my bank this morning that at $74.99 charge had been made against my account from AquaLift. I immediately called the company and was told I was out of luck, their Website small print states I will be charged and that there is nothing they can do. I repeatedly demanded to speak to a supervisor who eventually took the line. Monica was her name she she likewise refused to refund this money. I read her the Ts&Cs from her company's Website and told her how it was a scam and that technically I was still within my window of 'trial' and should not be charged a dime. She refused to refund my money, but offered three free bottles of a product I DO NOT WANT! I repeatedly asked her to cancel my 'accounts' which I was unaware even existed and hopefully prevented any future fraudulent charges being made. My next call is to my bank.
