Such unethical businesses! I am still within my 'trial' window yet was charged for this useless product today. After repeatedly demanding to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to Monica who refused to refund me the money. I read her her company's Ts & Cs and explained how this was a scam, and that I am entitled to a full refund for a product that a) didn't arrive on time and b) didn't work based on the six days I've had to try it...not the 14 they state in their very fine print.
