- I ordered african mango online, I paid postage and received two bottles of pills (haven't used them yet) then rang to cancel my account and got an email to say I would not hear from them again and no more money would be taken out of my bank. Nothing else has been taken. That was over a month ago.

I also signed up for the "free trail" expecting to only pay for postage & handing. The same thing happened to me. More unauthorised debits (in total appx AUD$190.00 with nothing to show for it. I then read a lot of these posts and decided to e mail them directly. Nobody answered the phone. I need now to post a favourable response to my e mail. It is only fair to african mango that I report this.
I received an e mail back the next day saying the money would be refunded to my account and today (Sat Feb 11, 2012) I am pleased to advise that the refund has been made. More than happy about this of course. Perhaps you all should do the same.

- The same thing has happened to me - however I was able to talk to them on the phone. They didn't reply to my emails. I have cancelled my order, just hope nothing is deducted from my credit card next month. Any one taken the pills? do they actually work?

Further to my previous comment and the question posted by MOS.
The "trial pills" actually turned up and after checking with my doctor I started taking them in accordance with the instructions.
Do they actually work?
Not a gram/ounce or whatever the weight measurement is where you are located. I'll finish the bottles and update this post. -
