Unauthorized charged showed up on bank account. Called the number on my statement and then was told the wrong number was posted to the account. The number you need to call is 866-955-9132. Called and waited for 31 1/2 min. Finally got a rep and was told they would cancel the account. I had to explain again I wanted a refund and a confirmation code. I finally got a confirmation and he said 7-10 business days is when the refund would show back on my card.

- I feel for you, I know exactly how you are feeling. As the same thing has happened to me. I dont know how they got my credit card info. cause I NEVER bought anything, no e-mail confirmation of any sort, this is criminal behavious. I lost my job and money is so low, for them to such a thing for me, I cried and cried not knowing what to do. I hope they return this money back to me, and we will do whatever it takes to do so.
