The first thing the Janitorial Agency does is they send you training videos. Keep in mind that this is the only so called hands on training that you get. After that they tell you to call at least 10 prospects for you to get a visit into their facility. The next step is they tell you to either write a business plan or pay for one. Most people starting this business don't have knowledge of how to write one and a little guidance for your money would be appreciated. After this they give you two one page templates and tell you to create a Employee Handbook and a Operations Manual. The final Step is they tell you to fly to Michigan or choose to opt out by paying a $1,500 waiver. This is in addition to your $7,900. In the waiver agreement, they tell you that they can offer you Walk Throughs "at any time." That means when they feel like it. Anyone wanting to get an opportunity with this company is taking a big risk. Please review everything before you purchase this company. Also keep in mind that you will pay 20% on each contract you obtain.
