My ATT phone received two texts (which I never even read) on Dec 24th at 2:38AM. Immediately after that they billed my ATT account 9.99 for a monthly subscription to "Text Alerts" and listed a website of www.goldpocket.com on the bill to refer to. The website won't open. I also noticed they had re-billed the 9.99 on 1/24/12 so I called ATT and they removed the charges and said it was a third party who billed it and they suggested adding a download blocker which would keep my phone from buying anything without my permission.
