My son ordered a 7" tablet from this company right after Christmas and it is not what he expected at all...it is defective and keeps crashing. We have tried for days to contact the "Customer Service" department to initiate a return since the simple online tool for RMA's doesn't work. He would just like to return the item and get a refund. I do not recommend this company at all and am considering contacting the FTC and the local Attorney Gerneral to get action. This is unacceptable!
