I signed up for the free product without reading the terms and conditions :( I then emailed the company as my product had not arrived. They replied promptly explaining its on the way and they were extending my free trail offer period. I got confused hence going back onto website and read what they do. The whole thing is a big scam! The cream doesn't even work. I have been in touch with my bank who are also aware, I then rang the company and held for a good 15 minutes before anyone answered.
Have Patience people as my account now have been cancelled. Also make sure you get a cancellation code :)
