We were contacted by Countrywide so he said about a home modification we told them we have tried through our bank which is B.A.C.with working with them for over 1 year was told we didn't qualify so when this gentleman said he had a group that would guarantee the modification if it didn't go through we would get our money back the only problem on our part was we just don't have that kind of money laying around so they advised us to stop paying our house payment for 2 months and BAC could not forclose on our home.So for 2 months they withdrew a total of $3400. After 3 demand letters that we were to send our bank no response,we have all correspondances on our computer everything we were to send them Our contact persons we Ruby Price,Sara Corday,Nicky Price and a few more that contacted us We were also told by Ruby that our loan was done improperly and we should hire a lawyer to help us with this, that we my even have our loan wiped out because of the improper way some of the loan was done.
