i was searching for a payday loan and was directed to a site that guarantees all applications accepted without obligation.after providing personal information requested on page, underneath the info is a box that offers to join named savings club.it stated that 99.99 will be debited from my banking account if i accept by checking a blank box.i didnt check it by clicking on it.they debited my account anyway.at the time there was $7.77 in my checking account.it overdrawled my account.not only am i charged the clubs fee,my bank has assessed a $36.00 overdraft fee.im highly upset and stressed out about this matter.its put a financial hardship on me i cant absorb.im on a fixed income and if i freeze this account there wont be time to have my check sent to a new account.i have a couple of overdue utility bills that cannot be put off any longer.im now in danger of losing electricity and gas which is what heats my home.i have serious health issues that will be exascerbated if i lose power.im very concerned about this.i just discovered this matter a few hours ago.
