I ordered vitaderm and aqualift free trial and paid for shipping and handling for each. The products arrived in 1 package days later. Today, when I checked my credit card transactions, I was billed for 79.99 and 74.99. I called their hotline and was told that they cannot refund the cost as i was "past the trial period" already. I insisted, and the representative told me "the best thing we can do is give you 3 bottles of each product." I asked to speak with their supervisor as this is not acceptable and she told me "the best thing we can do is refund you 50% of the cost." She further "assured" me that I am not in their system already and thus will no longer be billed in the following months. This is bullcrap! Any idea on how to let these people give us back all of our money? In case you guys wanted to know, I called their customer service number 18885439408.
