International boundaries
Free samples, postage only, items were ordered in December and charged to my credit card. A further two amounts of 64.42 (English pounds - dont know US exchange rates) and 99.52 (English pounds) were then charged to my card on 15 January. No further goods were received. When trying to sort this out with my card provider, they said terms and conditions by the company stated goods had to be returned to stop further payment from being taken. Terms and conditions were not on the website. I have not been able to contact the company to complain - they seem untraceable.
