Unfortunately, I do no recall how I got in contact with this company. I was looking to start an on-line business. I remember the representatives that I spoke to were very professional and organized. They advised me that I would have various professionals behind me while I learned how to set up and begin my on-line business. With the funds invested I would in return get access to their website, which had hours of video clips, my business license in all states, I would get one on one training, tax consultants, attorney access, etc. I felt like this was a legitimate company. I received a welcoming packet with an outline of what I would be learning in advance. I was promised that if I did not make my money back in six months they would help me. Either way I would get my money back by working for it. I felt this was fair.
I was committed to started a business and then got cold feet because I was worried about the amount I was investing. I wanted to look into it a little more, but started to feel pressured by the representatives. All our calls were recorded and I made my payments via recording. I was informed that I would be signing paper work as well. I decided I wanted to cancel payment until I got the paperwork. I was not able to get in contact with a representative so decided to cancel my payment with my credit card company (American Express). FLS sent my credit card company a link of our recording and the payment was made to FLS. Feeling nervous and defeated I decided that maybe I was just getting cold feet. I began utilizing the website by watching the hours of videos. I mean, I paid for it, right!?
I could never get a hold of a representative when I called, they always called me. Then nothing. The phone number was disconnected and the website down. I did not have all the "help" that I was promised. I checked with my credit card statement to find contact phone numbers...they were all disconnected. I verified that I did not even have a business license. I was robbed, thoroughly.
I am still paying for the charges...
