tried to find a confirmation email to verify the date and monetary amount, both are approximate and as close to accurate as i can recall.
with their auto-reply bots, and the fact that non-paying members cannot reply, zoosk reeks horribly of a bait-and-switch scam. any other service under the sun at least lets non-members reply to member-initiated contacts. having read that there is a no-refund policy, and i would like a refund because i feel totally cheated, i sincerely hope enough people can get together to sue the piss out of these people.
ALSO. the "one time service fee" for new memberships is never mentioned up until the point you are ready to confirm the transaction. as i recall, it was approximately $25.00 of the $45.00 i was suckered out of. So, dear Zoosk, please find a way to choke on all of our money. No one likes a thief.
