same as above but i got in touch with tradeing standards they were very helpful you have got to get in touch with the company on 08446883519 that is epms number and quote consumer act 1974 section 155 they have got to give you your money back less 5 pounds if not please can everyone phone there local trading standards office and make them aware of how many people this so called company is ripping people off
