I saw an unauthorized charge when I checked my account online for the amount of $94 on July 14 (maybe 15). I called customer service then went into my local branch and changed debit cards in case someone had gotten my card number. The charge was taken off of my account then on July 18 the charge was put back on my account. I called the company, Smart Shopper Savings Club, and cancelled this on June 15, 2011. I called this company again today in order to have the charge reimbursed however was told that I didn't cancel the program. The first person I spoke with said when I called that I only cancelled one but there was another program which I was charged for since the 10 day trial period was over. I then spoke with a customer service supervisor, Darrell, who said there was no record of me calling. He gave me their website address, www.smartshoppersavings.com, however it doesn't exist. There are many sites with similar names and I also found many complaints against this company for the same reasons I am complaining.
