A Larry Williams contacted me regarding the listing/sale of my Kona Coast II timeshare property. He indicated that the value was $25,000 . He also lead me to believe that he had large companies that were interested in the Kona Coast resort time shares. Since that time I have researched and found that his value was grossly overstated. He talked a good talk about Kona Coast. I have attempted to contact this Larry Williams but he will not return my phone calls nor respond to E-mails sent to him. I have not had one offer to buy my property,
