I order the products aqualift and vitaderm together...the free trial..well the trial that is like $5 for both. I pay the $5 with my CC and recieve both 13 days later (7-10days is what they say) but it is over the holidays and they even send a little note in the package stating they are sorry for the delay due to holiday season. I understand the holidays.
I have to say that i am highly dissappointed with not only the product but with the customer service. I cancelled my order well within our 14 days of recieving the product and still the 74.99 was taken out of my account. I called to find out why and i am told it is because it is past my trial from the day I ordered... answer me this please... if it takes 13days to recieve the product (Ordered Dec 22nd and Recieved Jan. 4 - with a note from you saying sorry for the delay due to holiday) 13 out of those 14 days are gone... I am not one of those people who do not pay for what they get, if i find a good product i will pay for it... but this did not work the way it was stated to... i don't see or feel any difference and i have continued to use the products after my cancelation to see if any change would then occur. When i called to recieve my refund i was told that they will send me 3 free products. First off the product are not free, they are $75.00, second of all...i do not want your product, i do not feel that the first product i tried was not satisfactory so why do i want 3 more? Then after a min the customer service representative puts me on hold so he can talk to his manager...i am then told i can recieve 50% of my refund... I'm sorry but that is not satisfactory, i don't want 50% of my refund, i would like it all back... i will even send you back the product.
