I joined Dealfun around Christmas time 2011. I won several items including a Kendil and a camera. Well, time passed, and after several E-Mails, I did just recieve the Kendil and camera. Several small items like an owl necklace watch, and a game, along with a subway gift card for $10.00 along with 10 free bids at 60 cents a bid, were never recieved. Also, after all my recent complaints, about how slow their service was. I was blocked today 2-1-12 from spinning the deal wheel, and the bids I had won disappeared. So I have deactivated my account, and am cutting my losses. I was VERY forturnate to have recieved the bigger ticketed items, but no matter how big or small your item, you should recieve what you win and pay for! They didn't credit my credit card, instead they gave me bids, which I lost. My advice, is STAY away from DealFun! You could loose alot more than me. I won't invest anymore money in them. Also, when I complained about shipping, because things were forever processing, well, all they done was give me bids to keep me happy for a short time. NO real answers.
