We were looking for USB, and we made an enquire to some companies at Alibaba. This company answered us, although they we did not contact them through Alibaba. It seemed a serious company, with warranties, and we relied on them. We asked for samples and they told us that we had to pay for transport cost. They sent the samples by EMS, but the tracking number they gave to us was not correct. Then they told us that they were going to solve a problem with customs, and send to us the samples again. After that, we did not heard back from them, not answering our messages.
