I set up an account following the prompts. After entering in email and "log in" name, the site directed me to another screen to enter in credit card information. Since ebay does the same thing, this did not strike me as odd.

I was immediately charged $99 for a "bid package" that I had "agreed to". When I called to complain I was told that it was their policy but they would give me more "bids" if I didn't win.

I gave it a chance and thought that hey, if it costs me $99 to get a Kindle for $25 then I'm still ahead.

Well, the only thing you ever have a chance of "winning" is some piece of dollar store crap. So I "won" a cheap watch. I'm sure this watch is something I could get at Walmart for $5. I haven't received it yet, but we'll see.

They are a rip off, a scam, and they should be shut down.
