Don't know who this company even is! My wife was looking in to getting a payday loan online, never provided any bank account or personal information aside from basics (name, email, phone, etc.) and they deducted $30.00 from our account. Called the number on bank statement and they refused to give their company name or even their own name, but said the money will be refunded in 3-7 business days (not holding my breath). They also made a deposit for $.18 on 01/26/12, we missed that transaction until the debit appeared. Bank says investigation will take 45-90 days to get a refund. They had no authorization or account information, we have no idea how they managed to get our information.
