I PURCHASE A TVFZ-i4 PHONE, I PAID THREW PAYPAL.
THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO SELL ME A DIFFERENT PHONE THE S8H. AND HAS SHIPPED IT OUT TO ME KNOWING IT IS THE WRONG PHONE.
I SENT THEM A COPY OF MY INVOICE 6 TIMES, THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP THE PHONE THEY SENT ME,THEY SAY ITS A GOOD PHONE.( HALF IN ENGLISH,AND HAVE IN CHINESE OF COURSE).
YOU THINK THEY WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM BUT NO ,THEY JUST WANT MY MONEY,THE HELL WITH WHAT I ORDERED,I CANT BELIEVE THESE COMPANIES WHO MAKE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS/ OR SEND THINGS THAT ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED, I EVEN PAID FOR INSURANCE THREW PAYPAL.
PAYPAL SAID THEY ARE AWAITING THE SELLERS INFORMATION,10 DAYS THE SELLER GETS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. IN ORDER TO SEE IF I AM ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND,WHAT THE HELL DID I PAY INSURANCE FOR PAYPAL?
WHAT EVER THE OUT COME I WILL NOT BE RECIEVING MY TV FZ -I4 PHONE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY,DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
