On Oct. 21, 2011 we received an offer by e-mail for two timeshares.
One was Playa del sol and the other was the Mayan Palace. They sent us two contracts and we signed them. They had Grand Legacy Trust out of Jackson, Ms. call us and open the sales. On Nov. 1 the sent us e-mails saying we had to pay transfer taxes on the resorts. Next they said we had to pay Mexican taxes . We wired funds to Mexicoa to close these sales. We were suppose to be reimbursed these costs. When our wires were sent we never received our funds nor the taxes refunded and we never heard from them again. They wouldn't answer their phones. We were manipulated by paper work into this sale. We are senior citizens and they got our savings plus. They even used a CPA letter to say we had to pay taxes. Unbelieveable how this happened, These people are CRIMINALS and will continue to do this.
