On 01/16/2012 I paid a £1.99 ($3.10) fee on debit card to DWNLD-SOLUTIONS.CO for 3 day trial of software. Not suitable for my needs of drivers etc downloads so let trial lapse. End of month bank statement showed £69.95 ($108) deduction on 01/17/2012 to DWNLD-SOLUTIONS.CO. I have no recollection of authorising this payment, nor would authorise such a payment for a download assist program.
