I received letter and a check for $3,976.00 and was told that it was for a Publishers Clearing House and a compensation draw sweepstakes held on Oct 13th, 2010. I was approved a lump sum of $110,000.00 payable by certified check. It said that TGSI had been contacted by the PCH to find winners that had not claimed their winnings. The letter said to call the claims agent for further instructions. I was to deposit the check and then call the agent again for instructions. She said to send $2963.00 plus $190.00 sending fee to New York, NY , receiver Michael Ingram and put money in minutes. I told her I couldn't do that until I knew the check had went thru alright. She said that was fine, just to call her with the confirmation # as soon as I sent the moneygram out.
