I was searching online and passed by a free trial through Aqualift and Vitaderm. It said that all I would have to do is pay shipping for this trial and not stating everything behind it all. I started checking my bank account and slowly this company was pulling money out as quick as they can. I called Aqualift and talked to a representative named Jay and he was telling me that over and over again that even if I talked to a manager they would not do anything for me. I still argued for my money to be returned and told him I do not care and I still need to speak to management who will return money that was wrongfully taken from me. He then gave me his supervisor named Tin who also gave me the same run around stating that anyone with more power than her would not do anything for me and that it was my lost. She then offered to give me %50 of the money that they took from me. SO RIDICULOUS! I did not take any of their offers. She then stated that she would put in my notes that I did not accept that offer. I told her that I was not allowing her to add anything on my notes except for my complaints (which corporate will hear and well as everyone I can let know about this company) She then kept telling me there was a 14 day trial on the product and that we had to call in before. However, She also stated that the 14 day trial starts the day the customer gives their credit card number. THAT IS NOT A TRIAL IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT IN YOUR HANDS. Customers should not be responsible for inaccurate information and guidelines. Unless this company does the right thing and give me back the money they stole from me..I will do all it takes to see this company go down. This is fraud and disrespect towards customers who have been giving faulty information!
