International boundaries
mypc2win.co.uk (otherwise known as winmypc.com) sent unsolicited text messages to my mobile telephone - 12 in November and a further 4 in December - total cost £32. They insist that I registered my number on-line on a website and subscribed to a competition which I did not. They refuse to reimburse my money.
