I made the same mistake as everyone else but i have managed to get my money £69.95 refunded! Call08455280540 and be nice to them (they hung up first time as I was quite irate when they said I should of read terms & conditions)! The first trial may be free but by ordering you are starting a subscription! I told them that in a court of law this would be misrepresentation as they are not clearly representing all the important facts and I threatened to report them to google, trading standards, the ombudsman and any other regulator I could think of. They immediately offered me a refund and I made sure I took the persons name and the confirmation no of my refund.... and cancelled the subscription. I also asked barclaycard to block any future transactions from any health companies which they did. Credit to barclaycard as it was actually them who alerted me to the payments by a phone call at 7.45am on the day the transactions went through! Good luck everyone...don't allow them to get away with it!
