African Mango Metaburn

Ordered the African Mango and Meta-burn on the same day for shipping charges. Was to cancel within 14 days of order (fine print). Otherwise they would remove 84.90 per product from my account. I called on the 15th day, yet was still assured it was canceled, both products...(same company it turned out). $84.90 was removed from my account 3 days later, thinking they were shipping more because I was a day late, I waited, no more African Mango or MetaBurn arrived. I called the company a month later, from original canceled date. And was apologized too and assured it would be in my account within 14 days. Now it is another month later and the representitive I talked to informed me it was sent to their corporate office and they had 90 days to approve it!!! I told him it was already approved by phone conversaton on 6/27/2011 for 14 days and now it was 30 days. He was rude, I threaten to call BBB and also report fraud with the Visa company through my bank. He threaten me with , " If I did that , I wouldn't get any money back!" I asked if he was threatening me and he said "No mam, if you will give the company the 90 days, you will get your $84.90 back." I commented , I took that as a threat and would give them 3 days to get it into my account. and hung up. I am rethinking after hearing others reports on this site, I may as well go through the process, because I'm not getting my refund...
