I have already emailed them but it comes back via norply to say that they are dealing with it and you have to wait your turn for a reply,
As this is stealing money from people I think the police should be involved and will be getting in touch with the ombudsman as well as trading standard,
I also notice that there is another company in this country selling the same goods but a slightly differant name but the same con
